COVID 19 - Exceptional and Temporary Regime Related to Insurance Contracts - D.L. No. 20-F/2020

The Decree-Law no. 20-F/ 2020, of May 12th, stablishes an exceptional and temporary regime related to the payment of the insurance premium and the effects of the temporary reduction of risk of the insurance contracts resulting from a significant reduction or suspension of activity, in the context of the due to the COVID-19 disease pandemic. This decree came into force on the day following its publication, May 13th and will remain in effect until September 30th 2020.
