Informative Note on CEAL (Extraordinary Contribution on Local Accommodation)

HAAG has prepared an information note on the Extraordinary Contribution on Apartments in Local Accommodation (CEAL), approved under the "Mais Habitação " Programme and recently regulated by Ministerial Order 455-E/2023 of 29 December which approved the table for determining the urban pressure coefficient, being now possible to estimate the amount of CEAL to be paid in 2024..
